We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can take ownership of departmental and organizational reporting, build automated solutions, and deliver insights that directly support leadership decisions. This role is hands-onideal for someone who understands both the technical and business sides of analytics and can turn complex data into meaningful, action-oriented stories.

What You'll Own & Deliver
Data Reporting & Insights
- Build, maintain, and optimize reports in DOMO, BigQuery, Google Sheets and other analytics platforms for department-level and organizational needs.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and operational risks.
- Translate data into practical insights that support business decisions at all levels.
Dashboard Development
- Develop automated, interactive dashboards in DOMO (required), with additional experience in Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools considered a plus.
- Ensure dashboards are reliable, scalable, and aligned with key performance metrics.
Data Automation & Workflow Optimization
- Use BigQuery, Google Apps Script, Python, and SQL to automate manual reporting processes and improve data efficiency.
- Build or enhance ETL workflows, API connections, and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and real-time reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analytics.
- Facilitate your own meetings with stakeholders, presenting insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Business Intelligence & Strategic Support
- Support strategic planning through data modeling, forecasting, and historical trend analysis.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of department performance metrics and organizational KPIs.
Who You Are (Skills & Qualifications)
Technical Skills
- 23 years in SQL and Python programming, with hands-on experience in building automations or data workflows.
- Experience using Google Apps Script for automation and optimization.
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets expertise (reporting, data transformations, automation, visualizations).
- 12 years of experience building dashboards in DOMO (highly preferred).
- Familiar with ETL concepts, APIs, and data pipeline logic.
