Position Overview

The Data Analyst will support operational and strategic decision-making through structured data analysis, reporting automation, and performance monitoring. This role plays a key part in strengthening data governance, improving reporting efficiency, and generating actionable insights across IT operations and service management functions.

The position works closely with leadership teams and operational stakeholders, particularly in analyzing ServiceNow (SNOW) reporting data and supporting IT asset monitoring initiatives.

What will you be doing

• Interpreting operational data using advanced Excel tools (Macros, VBA, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas)
• Designing and implementing automated reporting solutions to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
• Collecting, consolidating, and maintaining structured datasets from multiple sources
• Identifying trends, patterns, and performance gaps within complex data environments
• Performing data validation, cleansing, and quality control reviews
• Generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports based on ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing data
• Presenting structured performance insights and recommendations during management reporting sessions
• Supporting IT Asset Monitoring and assisting in IT asset financing tracking
• Recommending data-driven process improvements aligned with business objectives

What sets you up for success

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly structured in approach. You are comfortable managing large datasets, meeting recurring reporting deadlines, and communicating insights clearly to senior stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Macros and VBA)
• Strong analytical and statistical interpretation skills
• Experience in data cleansing, validation, and structured reporting
• Ability to develop dashboards and performance summaries
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in VBA scripting or reporting automation tools
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms
• Exposure to IT Asset Lifecycle Management
• Experience presenting operational reports to senior management
