You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, or analytics leadership
- Proven expertise in enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, and quality frameworks
- Experience managing core data functions and mentoring department-based analysts
- Hands-on with AI-enabled tools for analytics, reporting, and process automation
- Comfortable with hybrid setup (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite in Cebu)
- Able to work day shift consistently (7 AM4 PM PH Time)
- Process- and structure-oriented, minimizing ad-hoc escalations
