Senior Data Analyst for Telco and Voice

Job Responsibilities

• Voice platform support to employees during US daytime Hours 8CST - 4CST
• Advance Data Analysis supporting 2025 E2T Enterprise Voice Initiative workstreams: Desk phone and VG replacements, Buildout of WXC POC environment, Production migration planning and communication, production tracking and reporting mechanisms, Production site migrations 1
• Complex data manipulation leveraging AI for reviewing and validating files
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Job Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of Proven advanced data analysis and technical capabilities
• Proven expert-level Excel skills
• Proven ability to integrate data from multiple sources for accurate, actionable insights
• Proven to use of AI to enhance efficiency and innovation
• Proven customer service skills
• Proven clear communication with stakeholders
• Proven project-oriented mindset
• Proven adaptability
• Proven commitment to continuous learning to keep pace with evolving tools and practices
