Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular performance reports.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, finance) to address data needs.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Tools & Systems (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI or similar BI tools, SAP, Winsight, NielsenIQ or similar retail analytics platforms)
