We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager based in the Philippines to support our growing portfolio of enterprise SaaS clients. This is a fully remote role where you'll collaborate closely with a US-based team and play a key role in driving customer value, retention, and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with large enterprise customers, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction
  • Lead and organize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams (including US-based colleagues)
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and increased product adoption
  • Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for improvements with internal teams
  • Deliver a high standard of service with strong attention to detail and follow-through

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level SaaS accounts
  • Experience working with US-based clients or companies (comfortable with time zone overlap)
  • Strong background in SaaS environments, ideally in companies with $25M+ ARR
  • Demonstrated ability to lead QBRs and drive customer engagement strategies
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments
