Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in the job market context of SEA and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support through various channels including email, phone, and chat
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
  • Assist in training and mentoring new customer service representatives

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one or more SEA languages
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
