Position Purpose
- To support the EU Commercial Director and work with EU Customers to prepare In-market sales forecasts and support the inventory and supply plan development.
- Consolidating the demand forecast by the distributor to support the S&OP process.
- Coordinate acquisition of distributor purchase orders to align with forecasts and inventory plans.
- Prepare EMO forecasts for selected EMOs and or coordinate with a Singapore-based Supply Planner.
- Receive and enter sales orders based on distributor Purchase orders.
- Create purchase orders to EMO for selected EMOs or coordinate the creation of purchase orders with a Singapore-based Supply planner.
- To coordinate the delivery of products from EMO to distributor
- To provide all shipping and delivery documents, including commercial and tax invoices.
- To support the resolution of commercial and shipping documentation to the region and the logistics services through the agreed providers.
- To support EU NPI projects and be the main point of contact for Supply Chain.
- To support/execute EU business and operations improvement projects
Basic Qualifications
- University qualifications Bachelor level in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business mandatory, plus a minimum of five years in a Supply Chain Planning role.
- Communication must have the ability to communicate widely within and outside the business.
- Analytical Skills must have the ability to analyse data, create insights and make recommendations.
- Negotiation Skills must have the ability to negotiate well with suppliers and customers.
- Leadership and Managerial Skills prior experience in leading small teams
- SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD)
- Advanced planning tools for forecasting
- MS Office tools at intermediate to Advanced
Key Accountabilities
Customer Order Processing/EMO Purchase Order Processing
- Customer Order Processing/EMO Purchase Order Processing
- Enter Customer Orders promptly.
- Provide accurate sales order reports for the EU Commercial team.
- Create back-to-back purchase orders with EMO or coordinate with Singapore-based Supply Planner.
- Receive inventory based on EMO delivery documents accurate SKU/QTY/Batch/EXP.
- Create delivery documents and invoices for delivery to the distributor.
- Coordinate the delivery from EMO to distributor
Forecasting and Demand Planning by Market
- Work with distributors to develop an 18-month rolling forecast for each market.
- Agree on an inventory and supply plan.
- Conduct monthly reviews with the Distributor and EU Commercial and agree on forecasts.
- Identify the drivers for changing demand and prepare insights to share with Supply Planning, EMO and Group Management.
NPI, Change Management, Integrations
- Support new production introductions for the EU markets,
- Support product changes to ensure the Right Products are delivered to the right markets. Advise QA / Business of supply plan and deadlines to effect changes to meet service and inventory KPIs.
- Support integrations arising from M&A, incorporate new business into standard business processes and or revise to meet market/customer expectations.
Supply Chain Processes
- Identify, develop, and implement best practice policies, procedures and systems for Inventory Management, Planning, and various components of the S&OP process for the markets served.
- Implement Forecasting and inventory planning tools into Ireland improve efficiency, improve forecasts and OTIF
