At SimplerQMS, we help life-science companies simplify one of the most complex parts of their business: quality and compliance.

We are a Danish-founded SaaS company building a validated eQMS platform used by regulated life-science companies worldwide.

As we continue scaling internationally, we are strengthening our ability to support larger and more operationally complex customers through high-quality onboarding, migration, and implementation experiences.

We are therefore looking for a Senior Customer Implementation Lead to help lead complex customer onboarding and implementation projects across the SimplerQMS platform.

About the role

This role combines customer implementation leadership, process advisory, onboarding coordination, stakeholder management, and regulated SaaS consulting.

You will work with larger and more operationally mature customers — often organizations with established quality systems, multiple stakeholders, migration complexity, and well-developed internal processes.

The role requires someone who can understand customer workflows and guide customers toward scalable and maintainable SimplerQMS-supported ways of working, rather than simply reproducing unnecessary complexity from legacy systems.

You should feel comfortable navigating both technical and organizational discussions while balancing customer expectations with practical implementation realities, scalable onboarding approaches, and broader platform governance principles.

We are looking for someone who naturally drives progress, takes ownership, and enjoys acting as a trusted customer-facing advisor throughout complex onboarding and implementation projects.

What you'll be doing

You will lead onboarding and implementation activities for strategic and operationally complex customers across the SimplerQMS platform.

The role includes coordinating onboarding activities across customers and internal teams, supporting migration planning and structured onboarding execution, helping customers map workflows into supported SimplerQMS processes, and driving onboarding progress across multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

You will work closely with Customer Engagement, QA, Product, and customer stakeholders while supporting onboarding structure discussions, migration activities, onboarding risk handling, and broader implementation coordination.

The role also contributes to continuous improvement of onboarding standards, implementation methods, migration practices, and scalable onboarding approaches across the organization.

You know how to challenge customer requests constructively and professionally when needed, and you understand how to balance customer expectations with scalable platform governance and long-term operational sustainability.

You likely thrive in environments where onboarding projects combine process understanding, stakeholder management, operational structure, migration complexity, and continuous collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of regulated quality processes within life sciences, including document control, training, CAPA, change control, audits, and controlled records
  • Experience with SaaS onboarding, implementation, consulting, project management, business analysis, or customer-facing software delivery roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer workflows and translate them into structured and scalable system-supported processes
  • Good understanding of data structures, metadata, migration activities, or structured business systems
  • Comfortable operating in both business process discussions and system-related implementation discussions
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree within Life Sciences, Quality Management, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

Equivalent practical experience may compensate for formal education.
