Job Description

Lead commercial growth and overall business performance in the Philippines.
Manage distributor partnerships and drive execution across Modern Trade and General Trade channels.
Develop and execute channel, customer, and route-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Build strong relationships with key distributors and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Customer Development Manager should have:

6-7+ years of FMCG experience.
Strong exposure to both Modern Trade and General Trade.
Experience in distributor managemen.
Background in Commercial, Trade Marketing, Business Development, or Channel Management.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
