Job Responsibilities

  • Design and execute data-driven CRM strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze customer insights and campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Develop customer segmentation and targeting frameworks.

Qualifications


  • At least 5 years of CRM, marketing analytics, or customer engagement experience.
  • Experience with digital products and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and coding capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
