Responsibilities:
- Create, identify and execute original and engaging design solutions.
- Collaborate with internal clients and campaigns team on campaign objectives and design concepts.
- Understand where concepts can be changed to allow for localisation across Asia Pac
- Manage stakeholders where unwarranted design or changes are needed
- Design and layout online and print media, from landing pages and banners to creating multi-page brochures for a B2B audience.
- Display original thinking and creativity, meet challenges with resourcefulness, develop innovative approaches and ideas.
- Source imagery and photography and provide accurate editing as required.
- Conceptualize and create storyboards for videos
- Communicate and present design concepts to internal clients at all levels from GM's to Marketing Managers
- Build and keep brand fresh; find new ways to apply brand guidelines.
- Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables
- Commit to what is necessary to reach goals, complete tasks on time or notify appropriate person with alternative plan
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively reprioritizing when necessary
- Actively look for and take advantage of improvement opportunities, ask for and offer help when needed.
- Manage all production aspects of all jobs including the organisation of final hi-res production files
- Establish and maintain the file management process and procedures
- Mentor junior designers
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Mandatory 4-6 years corporate graphic design experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
- Ability to work independently and is self-motivated
Desired technical skills
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other emerging design platforms
- High level of experience in producing graphics for emails, social media and for the web environment
- Experience in Adobe After Effects and video editing
- Have the ability to translate ideas to design concepts or storyboard
- Strong portfolio of work exhibiting high level of design skills in layout, composition, typography and colour usage
- Deep understanding of creative development and design processes
- Knowledge of pre-press and printing standards
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS and UI/ UX Wireframes is a plus
