Preferred background: Big companies such as Unilever, DP India, or similar

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee financial planning and analysis to ensure the organization's financial health.
Develop and implement strategic investment initiatives to drive growth and maximize returns for the bank.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management protocols.
Provide strategic leadership and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and financial partners.
Guide and mentor the finance team, promoting best practices in accounting and financial reporting.
