About The Role
We are seeking a strategic
Senior Costing & Financial Planning Manager to oversee cost accounting, operational finance, budgeting, and financial planning across our restaurant and FMCG operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead costing and financial planning activities.
- Develop product costing models.
- Perform financial analysis and forecasting.
- Review operational costs and margins.
- Support executive decision-making through data analysis.
- Improve costing accuracy and reporting.
- Ensure financial compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders.
- Lead automation and process improvements.
- Manage and coach finance professionals.
Qualifications
- CPA required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- 8+ years relevant experience.
- Strong background in cost accounting and FP&A.
- Restaurant, FMCG, or Manufacturing experience preferred.
