Senior Cost

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same field
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in project auditing, quantity surveying, cost analysis, and contract evaluation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cost control principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:

• Prepare and update monthly cost-to-complete reports.
• Monitor direct cost variances and reconcile with accounting records.
• Validate Oracle data entries and project-related payables.
• Review cost evaluations, variance reports, and fund allocations.
• Coordinate cost review meetings with PMT.
• Verify billings/payables before release; follow up on collections.
• Prepare Work Confirmation Certificates and Receiving Reports (RR).
• Handle rental billing documentation and create PR/PO via BPA.
• Coordinate with Traffic Group on ESD billing issues.
• Track progress, manpower productivity, and equipment utilization.
• Monitor subcontractor accomplishments and billings.
• Collaborate with Planning and Quantity Engineers.
• Consolidate cost setup references and upload templates to Oracle Fusion.
• Prepare cost transfer/reclassification memos.
• Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures.
