Job Description
As a Senior Copywriter - Marketplaces, you will develop high-converting, SEO-optimized content for Amazon and marketplace listings, using data, keyword insights, and performance metrics to drive growth. You'll balance copywriting and creative asset support to enhance product visibility and engagement.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce copywriting or digital content roles, with deep Amazon listing/PDP experience required
- Expert-level Amazon SEO copywriting, including keyword research, indexing, listing optimization, and conversion-focused PDP content
- Strong proficiency with keyword research and listing tools such as Data Dive, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to enhance copywriting workflows, ideation, testing, and optimization
- Proven ability to analyze CVR, CTR, keyword rank, indexing, and PDP performance data and translate insights into actionable content improvements
- Strong editorial judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and consistent brand voice execution
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools to support content development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Certifications in SEO, copywriting, digital marketing, Amazon Advertising, Amazon SEO, or marketplace-specific programs are preferred but not required
- Experience with Amazon A/B testing tools such as Manage Your Experiments preferred
- Familiarity with retail media strategy and how it impacts PDP performance preferred
- Experience working within Amazon 1P and/or 3P environments preferred
Your Daily Tasks
- Write and optimize high-converting Amazon product listings-including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content-using keyword research, search intent, and product insights to improve SEO visibility and conversions
- Own the end-to-end content strategy for assigned ASINs, including keyword prioritization, indexing strategy, messaging hierarchy, and product differentiation
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate content creation, ideation, testing, and copy variations while maintaining strong editorial standards
- Analyze listing performance metrics such as CVR, CTR, keyword rankings, and indexing, continuously refining copy and identifying optimization opportunities through data-driven insights and A/B testing
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and implement data-backed optimizations that improve conversion, keyword visibility, and revenue performance
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, regulatory standards, and Amazon listing guidelines, while advising stakeholders on Amazon SEO and content best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain listing consistency and develop supporting creative assets-including imagery, A+ visuals, and video content-aligned with search and paid media strategies
- Regularly audit and optimize copy and creative assets based on performance trends, competitor activity, and seasonal opportunities to maximize commercial impact

- Increase conversion rates on optimized listings by 10-20% within 60-90 days
- Generate 10-20% revenue growth across optimized ASINs through content enhancements
- Increase priority keyword rankings in Top 25 positions by 25%+
