We work with the country's biggest brands in Auto, QSR, FMCG, Banking, Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, and more.
We work remotely 4 days a week and report to our office once a week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
COPYWRITING & CONCEPTING
- Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions with multi-skilled teams
- Develop campaignable big ideas grounded in insight
- Write compelling copy across digital, video, print, OOH, and social
- Craft narratives in English and Filipino that connect with real people
- Adjust tone and messaging based on brand personality and audience
- Review and elevate junior copy for quality and consistency
- Stay updated on trends, pop culture, and best practices
STRATEGIC & LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with strategy and accounts to turn briefs into standout creative
- Guide creative direction from concept to execution
- Confidently present work to internal teams and clients
- Mentor junior creatives and foster a positive team culture
- Spot opportunities to improve storytelling, messaging, and processes
SOCIAL & COMMUNITY
- Oversee social content calendars and maintain brand voice
- Write timely, engaging content tuned into trends and culture
- Use social metrics to refine copy and improve performance
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Creative Writing, English Lit, or a related field
- 34 years of experience in an agency or similar creative setup
- A strong portfolio with conceptual thinking and multi-platform copy
- English + Filipino fluency (bonus for wit and nuance!)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and strong time management
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for great work
