About Us:

The Senior Coordinator for campus recruitment manages the entire recruitment process, from creating job requisitions to assessing and selecting candidates, creation of offer letters and contracts, and overseeing the onboarding process. Their additional responsibilities are for delegating tasks, monitoring task completion, and acting as a point of contact for business unit recruiters. Additionally, they perform 4-eye checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with recruitment policies. Reports to Team Lead – EC&C or Lead Coordinator – EC&C

The Role:

Performance Outcomes /Accountabilities

  • Completion of tasks within SLA. SLA varies per account, but the standards are the following:
  • Screening of applications – 3 business days
  • Candidate disposition – 3 business days
  • Responding to candidate queries – 2 business days
  • Offer Letter creation and issuance – 2 business days (volume cap of 40 contracts every 2 business days)
  • 95% to 100% Data accuracy
  • 98% to 100% work utilization
  • 100% compliance to recruitment process policies and procedures
  • 100% completion of AMS and Client mandatory training
  • Client and Stakeholder positive experience gathered via satisfaction survey. Minimum Average score of 3.5/5.0 but varies per account

Required:-

  • At least 2–3 years of solid, relevant work experience
  • Hands-on experience in offer creation (e.g., drafting offers/contracts, offer generation)
  • Proven ability to handle volume workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in the banking or financial sector is highly preferred
  • Should have a valid passport or driver's license, as this is required for background checks

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing account specific activities for the following scope of services: Requisition creation and management, events management, application screening, online test administration, video interview assessment, interview scheduling, query management, offer management, onboarding, invoicing and PO raising, updating applicant tracking system, referral tracking, and reporting
  • Updating of Operations Manual and work instructions
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders and colleagues are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes, including changes providing first line support for managing and resolving escalations
  • Reviewing processes to identify areas of improvement
  • Overseeing work allocation and reviewing accuracy of output for Coordinators

Critical Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and working independently with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and engagingly through verbal or written communication and can interpret and utilize information effectively to influence others.
  • Strong organizational skills, workload, and time management with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Working knowledge on recruitment technology and platforms

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in-house, in agency or in RPO in a role focused on talent acquisition, candidate management and volume recruitment.
  • Understanding of compliance and legislations
  • Demonstrate interest in learning about the broader market, industry to be able to build network and provide great market insights to client and different workstreams
