Interco is a Dubai-based marketing agency that helps local brands grow through sharp content, clean design, and smart SEO. Were a small, fully remote team that values ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.

Why Were Hiring

We release a steady stream of content (blog posts, landing pages, email sequences, and more), many of which begin as AI-assisted drafts.

We need a seasoned writer-editor who can:

  • Set the quality bar for every word we publish,
  • Turn rough AI output into polished, people-first copy, and
  • Keep our checklist-driven content pipeline running smoothly in ClickUp.

What Youll DoWriting & Editing ( 70 %)
  • Create from scratch: research, outline, and write blogs, landing pages, and email sequences that match each clients voice and goals.
  • Refine AI drafts: prompt our AI tools, then perform a complete editorial pass - verify facts, add human context and examples, tighten structure, weave in keywords naturally, and polish for perfect grammar and flow.
  • Guard voice and style: shift easily between formal corporate and friendly conversational tones while enforcing style guidelines.
  • Proof and perfect: remove typos, check headings and links, and ensure every piece reads like expert human copy.

Workflow, Quality Checks & Publishing ( 30 %)
  • Task management: keep assignments and deadlines current in ClickUp so writers, designers, and developers stay aligned.
  • SOP upkeep: create or refine concise checklists for recurring tasks.
  • Visual quality review: review web pages and graphics, then give clear, actionable feedback to the website designer on layout issues, off-brand elements, and copy errors before anything reaches a client.
  • WordPress updates: publish or refresh pages, handling basic formatting tweaks and internal links.

Must-Have Experience
  • 4+ years of professional writing and editing in an agency, newsroom, or in-house role.
  • Portfolio showing both original writing and high-level editing.
  • Native-level English (C1/C2) with impeccable grammar and storytelling.
  • Proven skill at shifting tone across multiple brands.
  • Confidence transforming AI drafts into engaging, people-first content.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Advanced use of ClickUp or similar project-management tools.
  • Basic familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, or Canva.
  • Working knowledge of on-page SEO.
