Senior Content Strategy Lead - Philippines

We're looking for a Senior Content Strategy Lead Philippines to shape and execute the slate of scripted programming for the Filipino audience.

This role oversees projects from initial concept through final delivery, across a diverse mix of genres, languages, and budgets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects at different stages while collaborating closely with both internal teams and external creative partners.

You will build strong relationships with showrunners, producers, and writers, sourcing and commissioning compelling content while guiding the creative vision. You'll also work alongside Content Planning, Production, Post-Production, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with maximum impact. This is a contract role requiring adherence to standard corporate structures, including reporting lines and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development, pre-production, and project setup for scripted titles.
• Collaborate with creative teams to assess projects for long-term potential.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, Product, Post & Production teams to establish schedules and workflows while optimizing budgets.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with producing partners and third-party creators.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years in long-form production management at a studio, network, or field-based environment.
• Experience in a creative executive role (writing, directing, or producing).
• Strong creative acumen to influence project direction and provide feedback.
• Proven experience managing and collaborating with creative partners.
• Background in film or TV series production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, discrete, and able to handle confidential information.
• Innovative thinker who takes calculated creative risks and proposes solutions.
