About this Position The Senior Content Specialist supports Henkel's digital operations in the ANZ region. This role focuses on coordination, execution, and ensuring e-commerce content excellence through DAM and PIM maintenance, while providing administrative support for smooth media activities across teams and stakeholders.
What Youll Do
- Maintain and update the Product Information Management (PIM) system for the ANZ region to ensure accurate product data
- Manage Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools, including asset information, metadata, and visual libraries for new content
- Coordinate updates to asset libraries and ensure timely upload of new content and visuals
- Provide bug-solving and troubleshooting support in collaboration with the digital team
- Liaise with business partners, vendors, and internal teams to plan and execute digital content and media initiatives
- Support quality goals, digital transformation projects, and innovation efforts
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to drive continuous improvement
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience related to content management system, IT, or web design/development
- Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) with strong technical knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Global mindset with experience working across diverse cultures and regions
- Amenable to work on a project-based (12 months), day shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
