Are you passionate about helping organizations drive meaningful sustainability impact We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Sustainability Reporting to join our Consulting Team.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop sustainability strategies, prepare sustainability reports, and support organizations in meeting international ESG and sustainability standards. You'll also lead projects, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with organizations across various industries to deliver high-quality sustainability solutions.
This role reports directly to the Delivery Head of the Consulting Team.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or sustainability reporting.
- Hands-on experience with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, CDP, and SASB.
- Experience in consulting, auditing, or client-facing roles.
- Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, or related management systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Open-minded, proactive, and eager to continuously learn.
- Comfortable engaging with clients and senior stakeholders to build strong professional relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage sustainability consulting projects from planning through implementation.
- Develop sustainability strategies and roadmaps aligned with clients business objectives.
- Prepare sustainability reports in accordance with recognized frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, CDP, and SASB.
- Conduct sustainability gap assessments, environmental reviews, and data analysis.
- Advise clients on sustainability regulations, reporting requirements, and best practices.
- Support organizations in implementing sustainability initiatives and monitoring project progress.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and client meetings.
- Identify sustainability risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
- Mentor and supervise junior consultants while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
