A leading construction firm specializing in engineering, installation, and building system services - covering electrical, mechanical, electronic, and communication infrastructures.
☑️Position: Senior Construction Manager
☑️Industry: Construction
☑️Location: Makati City
☑️Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
☑️Salary Range: Php 60,000 - 110,000 gross
☑️Work Setup: Onsite
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field a Master's degree is an advantage.
Licensed Electrical Engineer (LEE) or registered professional is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in construction management, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale commercial, industrial/manufacturing, and infrastructure projects.
Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement strategic construction initiatives in line with the company's goals, standards, and overall direction.
Review and oversee project schedules, manpower requirements, staffing plans, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
Manage the effective utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and other project resources while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and project claims while maintaining effective coordination with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor overall project progress, risks, quality, and performance, implementing appropriate corrective actions to ensure timely and successful project completion.
