Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team. This individual will have a significant responsibility to guarantee that our company fully adheres to all pertinent laws, regulations, and internal policies. The position offers a fixed weekend off and a dayshift schedule from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, which requires working onsite in our Makati Office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and track regulatory changes and ensure the organization is up-to-date.
• Communicate with regulators and legal authorities.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address compliance issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
• Must have an experience with PEZA and BOI.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field may be preferred.
