Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within the engineering, architecture, or consultancy sectors.
Strong command of compensation modeling, market pricing, and reward analytics.
Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and deliver outcomes with discretion, accuracy, and strategic insight.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS tools; familiarity with grading systems and performance-linked compensation structures is preferred.
Fluency in English both written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Design, enhance, and implement compensation structures, salary scales, and benefits schemes tailored to the firm's evolving workforce needs.
Conduct in-depth benchmarking and market analysis to ensure alignment with industry compensation trends across engineering and consultancy disciplines.
Handle annual and ad-hoc salary review cycles, including merit adjustments, promotions, and retention mechanisms for technical and non-technical roles.
Develop the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Analyze internal pay equity and advise on policy adjustments to support strategic talent retention and reward initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership on the development of job evaluation frameworks and performance-based reward models.
Prepare dashboards and analytics to inform executive decision-making and support long-term HR planning
