Scope of Work/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication efforts of the division
- Cover events onsite and communicate via articles, photo releases, videos, etc.
- Improve employee engagement through strategic employee communication
- Create effective communication materials
- Ensure outputs and materials meet agreed standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and quality of outputs
- Manage content of division sites (i.e., SharePoint)
- Manage communication channels (i.e., SharePoint, Viva Engage)
- Plan and coordinate events
- Provide support to all communication initiatives and outputs as needed
Requirement and Qualification:
Skills required
- Writing
- Editing
- Photography
- Video editing
- Events planning and logistics
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a writer in both technical and creative fields
- 5+ years experience as an editor
- 5+ years experience in creating marketing and educational/informational content
- 5+ years experience in planning and coordinating events
- 3+ years experience in graphics creation
- 3+ years experience in video creation and editing
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid, requiring personnel to report onsite at least three times a week but may be more as necessary. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ in Ortigas, compliance is mandatory.
- Work Schedule is from 8:00AM 5:00PM Manila Time.
