Senior Commercial Sales Manager

The Senior Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new business accounts and expansion of existing partnerships, with a strong focus on key businesses requiring logistics and supply chain solutions. This role is primarily accountable for identifying, developing, and securing strategic accounts by building a robust sales pipeline, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that address client needs. In addition to new business generation, the role is expected to maximize growth opportunities from existing accounts through account development, upselling, cross-selling, and strengthening long-term partnerships. The Senior Commercial Sales Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery, drive customer satisfaction and retention, and achieve commercial growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
