Are you a B2B Collections expert with hands-on experience in HighRadius We are looking for a Senior Collections Analyst to lead collections strategies, streamline dispute resolutions, and actively drive down DSO for our US operations.

About the Role

As a Senior Collections Analyst based in Manila, you will play a central role in driving B2B collections strategies, resolving customer disputes, and managing deductions. Operating during US business hours, you will directly influence key financial metrics and optimize overall cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute target B2B collection strategies to optimize cash collection and lower Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Manage portfolio customer accounts, maintaining consistent and professional outreach.
• Resolve customer disputes and deductions in a timely and structured manner.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a shared services environment to address root-cause payment delays.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B collections / Accounts Receivable experience.
• Hands-on experience using the HighRadius Collections module.
• Proven track record in dispute management, deduction resolution, and DSO reduction.
• Prior experience in a shared services or multinational corporate setup.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Must be willing to work 100% Onsite in Manila, Philippines.
• Must be comfortable working the Night Shift aligned with US business hours (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM / 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

Good-to-Have

• Demonstrated success in leading process improvement projects that yielded measurable DSO reductions.
