Senior Cloud Security Compliance Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze, generate, and maintain cloud compliance and audit reports.
• Support internal and external audits for public cloud assets.
• Ensure cloud environments adhere to governance, compliance, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.
• Review cloud controls and validate compliance against regulatory standards.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend remediation actions.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency and customer response processes. [Discovery...e Engineer | Word]
• Support continuous compliance monitoring across public cloud platforms.

Job Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT, Security, Compliance, Risk, Governance, or Cloud Operations experience
• Strong Cloud Governance experience (policy enforcement, controls management, risk management, governance frameworks)
• Hands-on Cloud Compliance experience supporting public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or multi-cloud)
• PCI Compliance knowledge and experience (PCI DSS, payment card data security controls, audit support, evidence collection, remediation tracking)
• Experience generating and analyzing Cloud Compliance & Audit Reports for internal and external auditors
• Experience supporting audit programs, compliance reviews, risk assessments, and control validations
• Strong understanding of security controls and regulatory requirements within cloud environments
• Experience working directly with auditors, compliance teams, and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud security and compliance.

• Experience with risk management and security governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI-powered reporting and automation solutions.
• Experience with compliance standards such as SOC, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or NIST.
