We're building atalent pool in Manilafor experienced engineers acrossCloud Engineering, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). This is not for one immediate opening, but forfuture opportunitieswith teams supporting secure, scalable, and high-availability platforms in fast-paced, production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and supportsecure, scalable, and highly availablecloud infrastructure and platform services

• Develop and maintainInfrastructure as Code, automation scripts, and deployment pipelines to improve consistency and reduce manual work

• Build, manage, and optimizeCI/CD pipelinesfor faster, safer, and more reliable releases

• Support production environments throughmonitoring, alerting, observability, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

• Participate inincident response, root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and disaster recovery planning

• Define, track, and improveSLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and other service reliability metrics

• Create and maintain operational documentation such asrunbooks, dashboards, and recovery procedures

• Partner with software engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams to improve platform reliability, operability, and delivery speed

• Apply best practices inaccess control, security, compliance, availability, scalability, and cost optimization

• Contribute to continuous improvement across tooling, standards, architecture, and operational processes

• For more senior-level opportunities, providetechnical leadership, mentorship, and guidanceon cloud, DevOps, and SRE practices

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experiencein SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles

• Strong hands-on experience withAWSand production-grade cloud infrastructure

• Solid experience withTerraformor similar Infrastructure as Code tools

• Experience withDocker, Kubernetes, or EKSin production environments

• Strong background inCI/CD toolssuch as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar

• Experience withmonitoring and observability toolssuch as Datadog, ELK, Splunk, or equivalent

• Scripting or automation experience usingPython, Bash, Shell, PowerShell, Java, Groovy, or similar

• Good understanding ofLinux/Unix systems administration, networking, distributed systems, and security fundamentals

• Experience supportingproduction systems, including incident response, troubleshooting, and on-call responsibilities

• Solid understanding of reliability engineering concepts, includingmonitoring, alerting, service health, and recovery

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience inhigh-availability, 24/7, transaction-heavy, customer-facing, or business-criticalenvironments

• Exposure tofintech, regulated industries, or compliance-driven systems

• Experience withKafka, including AWS MSK or Confluent

• Strong SQL and database performance analysis experience, ideally withAurora PostgreSQLor similar platforms

• Experience acrosshybrid or multi-cloudenvironments, including AWS and Azure

• Familiarity with AWS services such asEC2, EKS, RDS/Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, WAF, and IAM

• Experience with automation and configuration tools such asAnsible, Chef, or similar

• Certifications inAWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, or other cloud/platform technologies

• Experience mentoring engineers or acting as a senior technical point of contact
