Description

The Role

  • Analysis and interpretation of licencing requirements
  • Finding Solutions to complex and bespoke liceencing requests
  • Be the first point of contact for clients on queries relating to software licencing, billing and contract renewals
  • Processing new sales and trials in accordance with the clients Software License Agreement including dispatch of software licences and processing of invoices
  • Leading a small group with responsibility for a subset of high value clients
  • Drafting quotations for new and additional licence requests

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Proven track record of handling complex queries and tasks in a pressurised environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately review the quality of own output.
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience of dealing with corporate clients and individuals at all levels
  • Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
  • Experience in interpreting legal contracts
  • Experience understanding and working with financials and invoices Flexible with a can do attitude with the determination to solve problems and seek solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven administration and organisational skills with the ability work on own initiative, juggle tasks and prioritise work for yourself and your team.
  • At least 2 years experience in leading a team. To be able to multitask on adaily basis and help your team and others in a fast paced enviornment
  • Strong IT skills with an aptitude for easily learning new IT systems and computer skills.
  • An eye for detail and excellence
  • Proven to be an effective team member to Lead their own team as well as other parts of the business.
