Your Role:
As a
Client Implementation Officer, you will be responsible for the successful and timely launch of new clients, acting as the driving force behind a seamless onboarding journey. Specifically, you will:
- Lead all phases of client onboarding, from initial scoping and planning to execution and final handover.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments like IT, HR, and Recruitment to address bottlenecks.
- Develop comprehensive project plans focused on proactive risk mitigation to ensure an on-time launch.
- Analyze successes and failures of each implementation to identify opportunities for process improvement and documentation of best practices.
- Maintain clear, transparent communication with senior management and clients regarding project status and milestones.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of prior experience in Client Implementations or Transition of new projects in an outsourcing setup.
- Experience in Operations Management, specifically in developing KPIs and team structures for voice and non-voice operations.
- Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, Project Planning Tools, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred skills/expertise- Familiarity with the fieldu0027s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Experience with workflow routing and process management.
- Experience managing multi-phase projects.
- Experience with pioneering projects or start-up operations.
- Graduate studies are considered an advantage.
