Senior Client Executive

Location: TMandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines

Starting Date: ASAP

If you are, we are looking for a Senior Client Executive to be part our team passionate about bringing compelling levels of insights to our partners and ensuring the long-term revenue growth for Worldpanel Philippines.

This is an exciting role which will provide you with a blended development focus from on-the-job experience, exposure and exchange of knowledge with others, and more formal education as you look to take the next step in your career.

WHAT'D YOU DO:

  • Prepare presentations & recommendations to clients based on Worldpanel research results to help them with their marketing strategies.
  • Initiate and build client relationship, handle daily client requests, and anticipate client demands to proactively find solutions.
  • Support line managers in identifying further opportunities within client portfolio to generate business revenue streams.
  • Coordinate relevant training activities for clients to provide them with deep understanding of consumer behaviors.
  • Ownership of all legal documents for your client.

WHAT'D YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in marketing, statistics, related fields of study.
  • 2 - 5 years exposure in market research or related function in either agency side or client side, experienced in multiple FMCG categories is a huge bonus.
  • Excellent English skill both in written and oral.
  • Excellent in MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to think logically and insightfully.
  • Advanced analytical skills and be able to make value-added recommendations.
  • Strong client service and account management ability.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • A team player and be willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges in mature and professional manners.
