What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of motor and fleet claims from lodgement through to finalization, ensuring claims progress efficiently and in line with service expectations.
- Handle ongoing correspondence with insurers, repairers, and other stakeholders via email or chat, maintaining proactive follow-ups throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and complete client files within the claims management system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal processes.
- Conduct claim investigations where required, including reviewing documentation, and identifying potential risks or discrepancies.
- Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while working independently and maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service through clear, timely, and professional communication, including managing complaints or escalations when required.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum four years experience managing motor or fleet claims end to end, preferably within the Australian market.
- Sound understanding of motor repair standards, assessment methodologies, and relevant industry manuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience drafting professional, factual correspondence, including complaints or escalations.
- Well-developed analytical and decision-making skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow established procedures while exercising initiative, sound judgement, and effective time management.
- Highly professional, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing positively as a collaborative team member.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of 3 days in our BGC office and 2 days Work From Home.
