Project Management: Lead civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Design and Compliance: Oversee structural designs, feasibility studies, and risk assessments while ensuring adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and inspect materials and methods to maintain quality and compliance.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and foster effective communication among project stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports, maintain records, and promptly address any engineering discrepancies or challenges.
Education and Licensure: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred) and a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and project management tools (Primavera, MS Project), with a strong understanding of structural analysis, construction methods, and materials.
Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Additional Requirements: Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations, willingness to travel to project sites, and expertise in budgeting and resource management.
