Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer for all projects of 5R Prime. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing civil engineering solutions for residential property projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project specifications, ensuring proper stormwater management, supervising site development, and adhering to all relevant regulations and standards. The position will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable outcomes for our projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and expertise as a Civil Engineer
• Experience in Planning and executing construction projects
• Knowledge and skills in Stormwater Management and Civil Engineering principles
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities
• Proficiency with engineering software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; licensed Civil Engineers are highly preferred
• Previous experience in residential property development is an advantage
