We are currently seeking an experienced
Senior Civil Designer to join our
Civil Infrastructure business group. This role will play a key part in the delivery of high‑quality infrastructure projects across a range of sectors, supporting project teams through strong technical expertise, design leadership, and
mentorship of junior designers and drafters.
What You'll Do
- Lead the preparation of detailed civil designs and drawings using CAD tools, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Review and coordinate design outputs, incorporating required design features and resolving design issues as they arise.
- Contribute to and drive design improvements that enhance constructability, functionality, and overall project outcomes.
- Support and guide junior designers and drafters as required.
What You Will Bring To The Team
- Proven experience as a Senior Civil Designer within civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical capability in civil design and drafting, with the ability to provide guidance on best practices and standards
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, support, and guide junior designers and drafters, helping to build capability and improve design quality across the team.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, quality, and constructability.

This role can be based in
