Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Citrix products, including XenApp, XenDesktop, Studio, App-layering, and Provisioning Services. Good knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and virtual environments.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively and efficiently.
• Team Player: Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Citrix Administration: Manage and administer Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Cloud environments.
• Application management: Manage the deployment, patching, and administration of Citrix environment (ELM / AppLayering), GPO, FsLogix rules and cloud-based resources to enhance platform reliability and performance.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of Citrix systems, including the implementation of monitoring and tuning strategies to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Deployment and Configuration: Deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix farms and associated infrastructure, including ELM, XenServer and Provisioning Services (PVS).
• Evaluate and optimize IT systems to align with and advance business objectives. Participate in Citrix implementation and cloud migration projects.
• Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues related to the Citrix environment, including Level 3 incidents.
• Security: Collaborate with security team to maintain Citrix infrastructures by implementing security policies and conducting regular audits.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, networking, and security teams to ensure the integration and harmonization of solutions across the IT ecosystem
