Job Description

Company Description Amor Laut Resort is a boutique coastal sanctuary offering a highly personalized experience with only 14 spacious suites, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. The resort combines modern amenities with a relaxed tropical atmosphere, where guests enjoy ocean views and easy access to snorkeling and diving in pristine waters. Instead of crowds and commercialized activities, Amor Laut focuses on curated moments such as quiet seaside mornings, guided underwater adventures, and private sunset dining. The property is ideal for romantic escapes, diving getaways, and restorative retreats, delivering a refined yet unpretentious stay. Team members join a small, service-oriented environment where attention to detail and genuine hospitality are central to the guest experience.
Role Description The Senior Chef is a full-time, on-site role based at Amor Laut Resort in Mabini. This role oversees daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, plating, and coordination of meal service for guests. The Senior Chef leads and trains kitchen staff, ensures consistent food quality and presentation, and maintains high standards of hygiene, safety, and cost control. Responsibilities include creating seasonal and locally inspired menus, managing inventory and supplier relationships, and accommodating special dietary needs and personalized dining experiences. The Senior Chef collaborates closely with the resort management and front-of-house team to deliver memorable private dinners, special events, and curated culinary moments aligned with the resort's intimate, coastal atmosphere.
