Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Supply Ecosystem: Owns and manages the supply ecosystem of the GCash Superapp, spanning SKUs, offers, vouchers and rewards - both in-house and partner-provided.
- Supply Strategy: Leads creation of the Supply Strategy to ensure optimal diversity, freshness and velocity across categories and user segments
- Category Management: Leads CatMan across all supply verticals, including definition of categories and their role in the GCash ecosystem, assortment planning and rationalization and supply lifecycle management. Works closely with Trade Marketing, Sales and Marketing to translate commercial and traffic objectives into executable supply plans.
- Supply Readiness: Responsible for guaranteeing all supply is ready for deployment - able to support campaigns, compatible across all discovery spaces and is working up to standard.
- Partner Management: Partners with Sales to align partner pipelines with demand forecasts and App Management calendars
- Supply Governance: Establishes and manages standards including risk mitigation, supply quality criteria, etc.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Category management, marketplace operations or supply management
- Experience with e-commerce, fintech, superapps, loyalty platforms or digital marketplaces are preferred
- Trade marketing or commercial operations with inventory ownership
- Proven experience owning and scaling supply or assortment across multiple categories, ideally in a high-velocity, supply-heavy environment
- Demonstrated success working with external partners, merchants or brands, including negotiations and partner management
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders and stakeholders through data and insight
