The Role:

The Senior Campaign Manager is a highly-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious individual, able to think on their feet, and excels in a fast-paced environment working. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience working in account management, creator campaigns, integrated media sales or sponsorship roles.

Candidates need to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills and understand the communication needs of individual clients. Candidates must be comfortable being the main point of contact for numerous clients. On top of that, the ideal candidate must have extraordinary organisational skills, multitasking skills and remain detail-oriented at all times.

Key Responsibilities

New Business

  • Lead new business pitches, including pitching creators to clients and building presentations.
  • Work with partnerships to identify new commercial opportunities with existing or past clients.
  • Work with the Head of Campaigns on the strategic growth of Amplify Activate, including new business, service offerings, and position within the market.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

Campaign Management

  • Work autonomously and with a team across the full campaign lifecycle, from outlining scope of works, assigning budgets, pitching to campaign reporting.
  • Prepare and present campaign reporting, track budgets and KPIs, and update the client.
  • Build and develop national and global influencer marketing strategies for clients campaigns.
  • Manage and deliver large-scale campaigns on social media, including campaigns in multiple markets. Must have extraordinary organisational skills, multitasking skills, and remain detail-oriented at all times.
  • Manage and grow client and third party relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Independently navigate difficult conversations, make judgment calls, negotiate, problem-solve, and manage crises.
  • Liaise with the Head of Campaigns to keep them informed of campaign progress, team development, performance, and new business opportunities.
  • Oversee and ensure the correct input of budget details and financial requirements into Notion, including talent/company onboarding into CRMs. Maintain visibility over the process to ensure the accuracy of superannuation and tax requirements, request invoices to be raised, and confirm that client invoices have been sent and paid.
  • Work alongside the Head of Campaigns to ensure the correct allocation of ASF and that budgets are being met. Maintain visibility over team targets and performance.
  • Work alongside the Head of Campaigns to ensure jobs are profitable for the business.
  • Lead the relationship with Creatorcore to strengthen the platform, identify advancements and ensure seamless workflow.

Team Management

  • Oversee the wider team working with online talent and influencers through various projects.
  • With the support of the wider team, constantly build the influencer network at Amplify by identifying new creators.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new staff members and training of new systems
  • Work with the Head of Campaigns on team growth and development, and systems to scale.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for brand clients and build long-term partnerships
  • Lead campaign strategy and translate brand objectives into effective creator campaigns
  • Manage multiple large or multi-market campaigns simultaneously
  • Handle negotiations, scope changes, and challenging client conversations professionally
  • Oversee budgets, campaign profitability, invoicing coordination, and performance tracking
  • Identify upsell and new business opportunities within existing relationships
  • Mentor and guide junior campaign team members and review their work
  • Run pitches and presentations, including recommending creators and campaign structures
  • Make independent decisions and solve problems in a fast-moving environment
  • Work cross-functionally with production, partnerships, and creators to deliver campaigns end-to-end
