WE ARE HIRING: PLANNER / BUYER
Location: Sto. Tomas, Batangas Shift: Night Shift (US)
The Planner/Buyer directs and coordinates raw material purchasing, production planning, and inventory control. This role ensures suppliers meet quality, delivery, and cost targets to maintain seamless production and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage blanket POs, execute MRP actions, and maintain daily supplier communication.
- Drive optimization and cost savings through Kanban systems and inventory management tools.
- Resolve line-down issues and expedite materials to ensure continuous workflow.
- Negotiate performance agreements and lead review calls to drive accountability.
- Participate in process optimization and huddles to improve material flow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in planning, buying, and inventory control.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and MRP system skills.
- Ability to manage supplier escalations and communicate business urgency.
- Amenable to Night Shift and working in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
