About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Business Solution Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle NetSuite to join our Information Technology Group and provide expert administration, configuration, support, and optimization of our enterprise business solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key subject matter expert for our ERP environment, particularly NetSuite, while also supporting other enterprise solutions such as HRIS, citizen development platforms, and other business applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle NetSuite, including system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, and functional support.
- Configure and maintain system functionalities such as workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
- Investigate and resolve complex application, configuration, integration, and operational issues.
- Work with business stakeholders, process owners, and project management/business analysis resources to translate approved requirements into effective system solutions.
- Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, releases, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on application issues, enhancements, and technical concerns.
- Support other enterprise business solutions, including HRIS, citizen development platforms, and other business applications, as assigned.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, system optimization, and better utilization of existing solutions.
- Maintain solution documentation and provide knowledge transfer to IT support teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in ERP administration, support, or implementation, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite.
- Experience with NetSuite configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting complex application and integration issues.
- Experience working with vendors and internal technical teams.
- Exposure to other enterprise solutions such as HRIS, citizen development platforms, or other business applications is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned enterprise solutions.
