Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Supply Chain, Information Systems or a related field.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in business process improvement, business analytics, project management, operations, finance, strategy or business transformation.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects or business improvement initiatives.
Experience working with business intelligence, ERP or enterprise reporting systems.
Retail or other multi-site operating environment experience is an advantage.
Lean Six Sigma, Project Management or similar professional certification is an advantage.
