Job Description

The Role: Senior BI Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Analyst who will help shape the future of how Sales Operations manages and modernizes customer data. This role plays a central part in replacing legacy processes with automated and scalable solutions. You will combine hands-on technical problem solving with strategic process ownership as you build smarter workflows, leverage emerging AI tools, and ensure that customer data is accurate and ready for use across reporting and analytics.

In this position, you will become a key expert for customer data processes within Sales Operations. You'll work hands-on with SQL, Python, Alteryx, and emerging AI tools to automate validations, improve hierarchy alignment, and strengthen the quality of customer information that the business depends on.

You will also coordinate closely with teams who define customer data rules and governance, helping ensure that new developments are understood, adopted, and integrated into our future-state architecture. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys improving systems, driving automation, and contributing to a meaningful modernization initiative.

What do you get to do in this position

  • Lead the transformation of Sales Operations customer data processes with a focus on automation, AI assisted validation, and new workflow design
  • Design and implement automation solutions using SQL, Alteryx, and Python including opportunities to incorporate AI agents, web crawling, or LLMs where possible
  • Review system generated hierarchy and matching recommendations and resolve exceptions that require structured analysis
  • Execute recurring data quality checks that ensure customer data accuracy across systems
  • Collaborate with adjacent teams who define customer data rules and governance and understand how changes impact Sales Operations processes
  • Document and communicate process updates within Sales Operations to maintain transparency and consistency with enterprise data standards
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for customer data t and support partners who depend on accurate account alignment and hierarchy information

Qualifications:

  • Strong SQL skills and experience validating and troubleshooting data
  • Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL tools
  • Python experience or strong willingness to learn especially for automation, API usage, or light scripting and interest in leveraging AI where useful
  • Domain Knowledge
  • Familiarity with customer data concepts such as hierarchies or matching logic is a plus
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to quality assurance
  • Strong communication skills and comfort partnering with both U.S. and global teams
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, improve processes, and drive modernization over time
  • Must be willing to work on a 5PM-2AM shift on a hybrid work setup in Cavite
