The Role
We are looking for an eloquent, independent, and deeply connected Senior Business Development Specialist to lead our client acquisition efforts. This is not a desk-bound sales job; you will be the face of TXG, leveraging your existing FinTech network, commanding digital social media channels, and hitting the field to close high-stakes compliance and payment technology partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Acquisition: Actively hunt, pitch, and onboard clients for TXG's core service ecosystems:
- Specialized FinTech Licensing: BSP regulatory advisory for OPS, MSB, VASP, Remittance, and Agency Banking frameworks.
- Payment Solutions: Deployment of EMV-compliant POS terminals, digital payment gateways, QRPH, and interoperable transaction tech.
- Corporate Life Cycle: End-to-end setups, amendments, and closures across SEC, DTI, LGUs, and BIR.
- FinTech Networking: Utilize your deep industry connections to open doors with digital platforms, aggregators, and tech startups.
- Social Selling & Marketing: Own our B2B digital footprint. Direct client-sourcing via LinkedIn, Meta ads, and social media outreach pipelines.
- High-Impact Presentations: Design stunning pitch decks and lead face-to-face boardroom presentations to C-Level executives, founders, and compliance officers.
- Field Work Coordination: Independently travel across Metro Manila/nationwide for client meetings, site assessments, and closing deals.
What We Are Looking For (Job Requirements)
- The FinTech Network: Strong, pre-existing connections with key players, founders, or executives in the Philippine FinTech and digital finance ecosystem.
- Compliance & Regulatory Background: A solid understanding of corporate compliance (SEC, BIR, LGU) and BSP financial regulations to speak intelligently with legal and operational clients.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing Expertise: Proficient in content creation via Canva, LinkedIn management, Meta posting, and running paid lead-generation ad campaigns.
- Eloquence & Presentation: Exceptionally fluent and articulate in both English and Tagalog with a highly pleasing, professional, and confident personality.
- Technical Savvy: Expertly proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and capable of creating revenue and project projections.
- Independence & Drive: A self-starter who doesn't need micromanagement and genuinely enjoys field-based prospecting and client engagement.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: ₱70,000.00 per month
- Uncapped Commission: 10% commission on every project/service contract successfully onboarded.
