We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to support cloud and device-based technology solutions. This role focuses on finding, qualifying, and growing sales opportunities by engaging with business and IT decision-makers, building a strong sales pipeline, and helping move deals toward closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and target potential customers across mid-market and enterprise segments
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels
- Evaluate opportunity fit and prioritize deals with the highest potential for conversion
- Own opportunities from initial contact through qualification and handoff or close
- Accurately forecast pipeline activity and revenue based on opportunity stage and engagement
- Present and position cloud and device-based technology solutions based on the customer's business needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, including notes, activities, opportunity stages, and next steps
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in tech sales or B2B sales
- Proven experience building and managing a sales pipeline
- Comfortable engaging with IT and business decision-makers
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience selling cloud or technology solutions
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zendesk, or similar)
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers
- Ability to articulate technical and business value propositions via phone, email, and chat
Salary Offer: 50,000 - 80,000 monthly earning potential + incentives (depends on your experience)
