You are a high-performer. You don't need a manager looking over your shoulder to tell you to close a deal. You understand the SaaS landscape, but more importantly, you understand data.

At Windsor.ai, we are growing fast. We have a lean, hyper-efficient team that punches way above its weight, serving over 6,000 customers globally. We connect data from 300+ sources (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, TikTok) to 30+ destinations (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Snowflake, and LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude).

Now, we are looking for the person who will own the Asia Pacific region.

This is the first hire in the region. We won't call you a founding member because the foundation is already builtthe product works, the market loves it, and the leads are flowing. Instead, this is a strategic role for an autonomous operator who wants the upside of a new territory with the stability of a proven product.

The Role

This is not a typical sales role where you read a script and pass the phone. This is for the Technical Seller.

Our best performers aren't just great at selling; they have built dashboards before. They know the pain of trying to manually stitch together Facebook Ad spend and Google Analytics conversion data. They speak the language of our customers.

Your Typical Day:

  • Inbound Conversion: You will take high-intent inbound demo requests and convert them into paid users.
  • Problem Solving: You aren't just selling software; you are selling a solution. If a client has an issue, you are happy to dive in and help fix it.
  • Client Success: You will own the relationship. Closing the deal is step one; checking in and keeping them happy is how we grow.
  • Total Access: You will work completely remotely, collaborating directly with everyone from the Founder to Engineering and Support.

Who You Are

You thrive in independence. You don't want to be a cog in a massive corporate wheel; you want your numbers to directly impact the company's bottom line.

The Non-Negotiables:

  • SaaS Sales Experience: You have a track record of closing deals in the software space.
  • Platform Fluency: You have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You understand the metrics our clients care about.
  • Visualization Skills: You have used Looker Studio or Power BI. You know what a good dashboard looks like because you've likely built one.
  • The Fixer Mentality: You don't just ticket problems; you help solve them.

Bonus Points:

  • SQL knowledge (helpful for our BigQuery/Snowflake destinations, but not required).
