What is your mission
We are looking for a Business Automation Engineer (Finance & AI Solutions) who can build automation solutions, AI-powered workflows, and system integrations that improve efficiency across Finance and Operations. This role focuses on business process automation, financial workflow optimization, AI implementation, and software integrations to drive measurable business results.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Identify, analyze, and automate manual business processes across Finance and Operations.
- Design and develop AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation solutions.
- Build and maintain API integrations between accounting, payroll, ERP, POS, banking, and operational systems.
- Automate financial reporting, reconciliations, invoice matching, and data processing workflows.
- Develop advanced Excel and Python-based automation tools to improve productivity and reporting accuracy.
- Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and training materials while collaborating with business stakeholders.
Who are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in automation, software development, systems integration, or business process automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and authentication methods.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Industry experience in Finance, Accounting, Retail, Hospitality, Payroll, ERP, or Business Operations.
- Experience using at least 2 of the following: OpenAI API, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, N8N, Make.com, Zapier, Docker, Azure AI Services, AWS AI Services, Power BI, Tableau, or OCR/Document AI Solutions.
