Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Solution Analyst with strong expertise in Target Operating Model (TOM) development, business requirements gathering, process mapping, and technology delivery. The candidate will work with business stakeholders to define operational models, support strategic initiatives, and deliver business and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to define the Target Operating Model (TOM) and expected business outcomes.
• Gather, document, and track business and technical requirements throughout project delivery.
• Prepare business cases and identify expected business value.
• Develop use cases, user stories, process maps, and acceptance test scenarios.
• Conduct business testing and ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Support governance forums, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder escalations.
• Document operational processes and support business transition and handover to support teams.
• Work closely with project managers, vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage changing priorities and deliver complex functional changes within agreed timelines.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst preferred.
• Strong experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) development or strategy.
• Business requirements gathering and IT solution definition.
• Business process mapping and documentation.
• Use cases, user stories, and acceptance test scenarios.
• Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum or SAFe.
• JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Exposure to cybersecurity operations or intelligence teams.

• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Hyderabad location availability.
• Flexibility to work in UK business hours.
